User Responsibilities:

Users of the service are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding customer communication. Users must obtain necessary consent from customers before sending text messages.

Usage Limitations:

The service is intended for legitimate business purposes. Users agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harassing, or harmful activities. Abusive use may result in the suspension or termination of the service.

Sign up for Santa Cruz Rewards and within one week we will have a powerful easy to use browser based "Text Message System" up and running for your business. The 7 day setup period includes wait time to get your text number registered and verified.

Messages from Santa Cruz Rewards will be sent out twice a week to your customers. These messages can be about an existing offer you have or an offer that you curated specifically for these messages. Remember that text messages have over an 80% open rate!

Once you signup for our package a QR Code is created specifically for your restaurant. This QR Code sends your customers to a form where they fill out 3 quick fields, their name, email and phone number. Once filled out they get an immediate welcome message sent to them through email and text message. After that, 2 messages a week will be sent out to your customers enticing them to come back over and over again!
